Design Description

A neutron outweighs a proton by about a tenth of a percent. That margin is the reason hydrogen holds together and stars have anything to burn. Tilt it the other way and free protons decay instead, hydrogen disappears from the inventory, water stays hypothetical, and the whole project closes before it opens.
