Violet light carries nearly twice the energy of red. The visible band runs from about 380 nanometres at the violet end to 700 at the red, and photon energy goes up as wavelength comes down, so the spectrum is an energy ladder as much as a colour strip.

An ankh cut into facets like a gem or a low-poly render, running the full range from violet at the loop to red at the base. That order is the chakra column, crown at the top and root at the bottom, mapped onto a shape that predates the diagram by a few thousand years.
