Future has Ancestors T-Shirt

Design Description

Light from anything far away arrives late. Look at Andromeda tonight and you are seeing light that left two and a half million years ago, before anyone in your line had a name or a language to put it in. Astronomy is the one field where looking forward and looking back are the same physical act.

The lettering rises clean, The Future Has Ancestors, framed by a compass of stars pointing everywhere at once.

Somebody born in 2140 is already being shaped by what gets decided this decade. Which makes you, as of right now, an ancestor. It is a strange promotion and it arrives quietly.

Premium Everyday Comfort

The art is why you stopped. The shirt is why you'll keep reaching for it.

100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton
Combed and ring-spun means the short fibers are pulled out before the yarn is ever twisted —
fewer stray ends, a smoother surface, and print that lands crisp instead of fuzzy. At 4.2 oz
it stays light enough to layer and breathable enough to sit in for a long while.

True-to-size retail fit
Order your usual size. Relaxed crew neck, unisex cut. It works under a jacket, works on its
own, works at the café and the gallery both.

Built to hold its shape
Ribbed knit collar that won't go wavy on you. Quarter-turned construction, so there's no
crease down the center. Tapered shoulders and dual side seams mean it fits better with age,
not worse.

Made by people who were treated well
Bella+Canvas — Fair Labor Association members, Platinum WRAP certified, produced in humane
and sustainable facilities. No sweatshops. It's worth knowing where a thing came from before
you put it on.

Tear-away label
No scratchy tag at the back of your neck. Take it out and forget it's there.
