Eventually. Having travelled a very long way first. There is a specific number, and everything below it returns.

A ring with a line through it, filled with falling gold, and two hands beneath, chains broken open at both wrists, palms turned up. Whether those hands are catching what falls or letting it pass through stays genuinely unresolved, and the drawing seems comfortable with that.

BREAK THE CYCLE. The chains are already off. What happens next depends entirely on the speed you leave at.
